Can I just say that the two technicians that came out to my house were absolutely wonderful. They had the job done in no time flat and that was amazing. Considering my toilet had overflowed and put 2 inches of sludge on my floor and half filled my bathtub and toilet so way to go, Zoom Drain’s you rock!!!

We had an emergency plumbing situation at our house and I reached out to Zoom Drain, they rushed over Casey the plumber who fixed the problem and even was great with our dogs! Fast and friendly service at a competitive price…..we are very happy with Zoom Drain and would happily refer to friends and family.

Today a technician by the name Casey came out to look at my water heater. I thought it was going to be a timely process. It was done and switched out with a new water heater. He was fast even with getting the water heater. Before I knew it he was done. There was no mess left behind either. He was very careful of my stuff around him in my garage as he went in and out. Very respectful, integrity driven, and great communication.

Everything went great, the technician came out when the company said he would be at house, we talked about the problem and after getting approval, he fixed the issue quickly. Everything was good about this company.

The technicians were top notch. My problem didn't get fixed because the actual repair needed exceeded scope of work order. They contacted my property manager and are now waiting for authorization to repair. Repair completed. Thank you Casey.

Completely satisfied! We were having issues with both our toilets backing up. Jake came to and made sure he didn't leave until the job was done. Customer service was outstanding. Once he finished the job he went through to show us everything was fixed. Zoom Drain was definitely worth the 5 stars!
